Solution We can not cancel your subscription on our end due to the fact that we do not have the ability to log in to your paypal account. To cancel a subscription plan with us simply log in to your paypal account. Find the last subscription payment and you will be able to cancel the subscription from within there. You will no longer be charged for the subscription only AFTER you have cancelled it yourself. If your subscription is charged for an additional month we WILL NOT give refunds for that month.
