Question: Why should I choose advertyz.com over other services?

Answer:
Most other traffic services send very poor traffic. In fact, if you use their services, most users will NEVER SEE YOUR SITE! This is because most services use tricks to load your page without ever being seen - indeed, they send the same visitor to tens or even hundreds of sites! The worst part is that they never even tell you... your counter moves, but you make no sales! At advertyz.com we send real people who actually see your site.

Q: How does your program send visitors to my website?
A:
We use the most successful form of Internet Advertising--PopUp/PopUnder/Popin advertising. Every time a visitor exits from one of the thousands of sites in our network of high volume websites, your web page will pop up and will immediately grab the visitor's attention! This is the basis for all such website visitor traffic using this highly successful technology.

Q: Where do all the visitors come from?
A:
We have established a huge network of web sites that will display the pop ads that you purchase from us. When these websites get traffic, your website will also open up as another webpage.

Q: Is there a danger of getting accused of Spamming?
A:
Absolutely not. When you sign up for our service there is absolutely no way of getting accused of SPAM. SPAM involves advertising directly through e-mail, we advertise on web sites who have agreed in advance to receive our advertising.

Q: Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?
A:
No, we cannot guarantee that you will make any sales whatsoever from our guaranteed hits service. We can, however, promise to deliver the number of visitors to your site that you ordered. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, and quality of your website, its presentation, and the service, and product that you offer. We'll get the visitors to your site, all you have to do is tell them about your product and make the sale.

Q: What will help make my page more effective?
A:
Making your page ready for your pop ad campaign is as easy as you want it to be. We would suggest designing a whole new page just for the pop ad. You should use the same techniques that you use in other forms of advertising to get people interested in your product. Use catchy headlines, bright colors, and most of all you need a product that everyone wants!

Q. What is a CPM?
A.
CPM simply means Cost Per Thousand, meaning the cost of producing one thousand impressions--or site visitors. As an advertiser, it's what you pay to receive 1,000 visitors to your site.

Q: How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?
A:
We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of receiving your order. But YOU determine the hourly rate of flow that visitors are sent to your site--and can change that rate at any time. We also email you a link so you can check the stats of your campaign while it is in progress. We usually send an order confirmation within 4-6hrs. of it being placed, so if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to verify that your order has been received.

Q: What are your payment options and conditions?
A:
We accept instant payment through Paypal which can be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, checking account, or your current Paypal balance. We also accept more traditional forms of payment such as money orders, wire transfer, bank drafts, etc. Orders are processed as they are received, and enter the queue once such payment has been completed. Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud, we are manually screening every order placed, and therefore must be allowed extra time to process your order.

Q: Are my campaigns guaranteed to be delivered in 30 days?
A:
NO. Most of the campaigns below 50,000 are delivered within 30 days, but unless specifically discussed with us prior to purchase, we cannot guarantee 30 day campaigns.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A:
Our refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds on a pro-rata basis. We ONLY give refunds for traffic that has not been delivered.

Q: Why does my third party stats system (URCHIN, WEBALYZER, etc) show a different amount of visitors than your stats?
A:
Simple - Third party stats are commonly inaccurate, especially in times of high traffic. Our stats will register one visitor each time your site is produced to a visitor by our servers. If that visitor closes the site before it loads, it will not register in your stats, but it will register in ours. Because our stats have shown your ad, we have fulfilled our obligation.

Q: Do you accept disputes from third party stats pages?
A:
NO - Our stats and the stats of www.urltrak.com are the only stats we will accept disputes from. Although we have no affiliaton at all with Urltrak, we have tested their services with our traffic and DO support disputes from them.

Q: My stats are only showing visitors from one or two IP's. Why?
A:
50% of our traffic is delivered via popunder, and 50% via redirect URL's. The redirect traffic is redirected to one of two of our servers located in Las Vegas. For instance, if your stats show multiple visitors from the IP
24.234.98.34, your visitors, although all unique, are being redirected from that particular adserver, therefore your stats will show multiple views from that IP, when in reality you are receiving all unique visitors. This is how we track and deliver our traffic. Rest assured, you are receiving ALL UNIQUE VISITORS!

Q: I'm ready to become a advertiser!

Hit ? technically a hit occurs when a file is loaded from a web server. Several hits will occur when a web page is loaded ? e.g. one hit for each image on the page and one hit for the page itself. In common usage, however, people are referring to visits when they use the term hit.

Visit ? a visit occurs when someone loads a web page from your server thus "visiting" your site. The number of hits will always be equal to or greater than the number of visits.

Impression ? usually used to refer to a single display of a banner ad. For example, 1,000 impressions of a banner implies that the banner was seen 1,000 times. Some traffic services use the term impression to refer to a visit.

CPM ? short for Cost Per Thousand (in case you are wondering, the M is the roman numeral for 1,000). Prices are often quoted as "$X CPM" - for example, $5 CPM indicates a price of $5 per thousand. (Note: it is not correct to say "$X per CPM").

CPC ? short for cost per click. Often used in banner advertising to sell or buy banner clicks. For example $0.15 CPC means 15 cents per click.

Unique Traffic ? 1,000 visits could be achieved by having one person load a page 1,000 times or by having 1,000 people load a page one time. If visits are unique, a single user is counted only once in a certain period of time. Usually, a level of uniqueness is specified such as: "X hour unique" ? that is, the same user is only counted once every X hours. Most commonly, traffic is 6, 12 or 24 hour unique. Usually, a user is identified by his/her IP address, which is unique to every computer on the internet. In some cases, the determination of whether a hit is unique depends on the server?s ability to store a small identifying file on a visitor?s computer (a "cookie").

Raw Traffic ? refers to traffic with no specified level of uniqueness. The same user could be counted several times is he/she reloads the campaign page. On average, raw traffic is 50-75% unique.

Popup ? a popup window is a new browser window. Usually, the window will open automatically when a page is loaded or unloaded. There could be more than one popup window loaded by a page.

Popunder ? A popup window that is displayed under the main browser window

Popin ? A popup window that is displayed inside the main browser window
